  • “Platform” refers to the Perceptric AI Analytics platform and associated tools provided by Perceptric AI AB.

  • “Basic Subscription” refers to the entry-level subscription tier, providing limited access to features as outlined in our Pricing Table.

  • “Premium Subscription” refers to the higher-level subscription tier, granting access to all features, including those not available under the Basic Subscription.

2. Description of Services

Our AI analytics platform allows users to connect to their data sources (e.g., databases, Excel files), process data in real-time, and visualize insights. We do not store any of the processed data, and all data is removed once your session ends.

Access to our Services is based on the subscription tier you select:

  • Basic Subscription: Grants access to limited features as described in our Pricing Table.

  • Premium Subscription: Grants access to all features, including advanced analytics and additional tools.

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Select a subscription plan (Basic or Premium) and pay the associated fees.

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

  1. Subscription Levels:

    • Basic Subscription: Limited features as outlined in the Pricing Table.

    • Premium Subscription: Full access to all features and tools, including advanced analytics.

  2. Payments:

    • Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as specified at the time of purchase.

    • Payments are due in advance for each subscription period and are non-refundable, except as required by law or outlined in these Terms.

  3. Upgrades and Downgrades:

    • You may upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. The new subscription rate will take effect immediately, with any applicable proration.

    • Downgrading to Basic will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

  4. Cancellations:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to the subscribed features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  5. Changes to Pricing:

    • We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Changes will be communicated in advance, and new rates will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including the platform, software, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Perceptric AI AB. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services but do not guarantee availability at all times. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

8. Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analytics or insights generated by the platform.

  • You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Perceptric AI AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Perceptric AI

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Perceptric AI

  • Redistribute content from Perceptric AI

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Perceptric AI AB does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Perceptric AI AB, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Perceptric AI AB shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Perceptric AI AB reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

You hereby grant Perceptric AI AB a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

14.Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;

  • Search engines;

  • News organizations;

  • Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

  • System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
